Family Stay:

To make the student's immersion program complete, San Martin offers to arrange a homestay with a Buenos Aires family and strongly recommends this living option.  Staying with a family allows the student to practice and to improve his or her Spanish in a natural environment while also exposing the student to the local culture.  All families are carefully selected and provide the student with a private room and bathroom.  Living standards are high and all host families are middle to upper-middle class. 

Family stays have a one week minimum and may be chosen with or without meals.  Prices range from $15 to $25 per day. 

Hostel:

Buenos Aires has several hostels in the neighborhoods surrounding our school.  We have contracted special rates with our favorite, The Metropolitan.  Clean, safe, and well-situated, the hostel offers kitchen facilities and complimentary breakfasts. 

Rates per person run from $10 to $25 per night. 

Hotel:

For those with more discriminating tastes and deep-pocketed budgets, finding a stay at a lavish hotel in this city will not be a challenge.  You may stay at any number of luxury hotels in the centro or choose one of the three-star hotels where we have reduced rates. 

Prices per person are $20 to $60 per night.
